What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their e-mail address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial e-mail yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any rewards points until they activate their account.

I have no received my activation e-mail, what can I do?
Please contact us on the following page and supply both your e-mail address and your password that you entered when signing up on the following page:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate e-mail account to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
You can log in by entering your e-mail address and password on the following page:

How can I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, enter your e-mail address and password and select "Unsubscribe" on the following page:

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows My Calls Free to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from My Calls Free without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your e-mail address and password on the members page and choose "Cancel Account" (make sure you are logged out of the program).

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Edit Your Account" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your birthdate. When you change your e-mail address you will receive a new activation e-mail which you need to use to re-activate your account.

I live outside of Australia, can I join?
No, we are sorry by MyCallsFree is only for people over the age of 14years living in Australia.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Why am I logged out every time after I just logged in?

Our website makes use of cookies. Cookies are little files saved on your computer which will make sure that our website remembers who you are. It is possible that your browser does not support cookies or has cookies disabled. Please make sure that your browser supports cookies and allows our website to create them. It is also possible that a firewall or anti- virus blocks them. Close these programs when you go to our website and try it again.

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

When can I request my phone credit?
You may request your phone credit after you have earned 2,000 reward point or 3,000 depending on the phone carrier you chose to use. After you have earned sufficient credits in your account a "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.

When will I get my phone credit?
After your phone credit request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue the credit to you within 2 working days.

Which phone carriers do you offer phone credit for?
You may chose from Savvytel, Vodaphone, Optus or Telstra. We recommend our partners Savvytel as they have the best deal and the credit doesn't expire.

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to My Calls Free on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. When we find out that you are Spamming, we will immediately delete your account and you will forfeiting any and all earnings.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your referrals page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Each time you refer a new member to MyCallsFree.com you will be entered in to one of our competitions for great prizes like free mobile phones, PrePaid Calling credit and much much more...
